Delivery & Returns

Our service does not involve any physical product; delivery takes place by activating your account and software access electronically. After your payment is approved, your access is, as a rule, opened immediately and at the latest within 1 (one) business day, and performance of the service begins.

Activation details and login information are sent to the email address you declared during the order. In case of any issue, you can reach us through the contact channels below.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without giving any reason. When your cancellation request is received, your service continues until the end of the current billing period or, at your preference, is terminated immediately and the refund principles below are applied.

• On cancellation, the unused portion of the pre-paid current billing period is refunded proportionally (pro-rata), based on the number of remaining days.
• For requests made within the statutory 14 (fourteen)-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract, the price of the relevant period is refunded in full.
• Setup, consultancy or one-off service fees are not subject to refund if the service has actually been performed.
• In cases where misuse or use contrary to the agreement is detected, the SELLER’s legal rights are reserved.

The approved refund amount is returned to the card or payment instrument used for payment within at most 14 (fourteen) days from the date the request reaches us. Refunds are processed through our payment institution iyzico. The time for the bank to reflect the amount in your account/card depends on the relevant bank’s processes.
