About this course

Channel managers are the plumbing of distribution: invisible when they work, catastrophic when they don't. This course teaches the architecture, parity engineering, and migration math that separates a distribution manager from a "I just open and close inventory" admin.

You'll map the PMS → CM → OTA → metasearch flow; learn the three inventory patterns (pooled, allocated, derived) and which to use when; audit parity across 14 OTAs in under four hours; and walk through the Cari vs. SiteMinder vs. Hotelrunner decision with the right numbers for the Turkish market.

Targeted at distribution coordinators, e-commerce managers, and revenue managers picking up distribution responsibility. Prerequisite for the Operator-level Distribution track.
